How To Practice Self Healing in 5 Minutes?

Self Healing; if you are wondering what it is in the first place, then worry not! I will take you through step wise through its practice. But before we even get into self healing, I would want you to know what is self healing. It is a power that we all have within us which helps in removing the negativity from our bodies and help us in filling more of positivity. It has been practiced by people around the world since the time can remember.

Self healing changes an individuals life socially, emotionally and mentally. It is not complicated or very hard mechanism, you just need a few guidance tips. The biggest benefit you get out of it is your emotional change and believe me it is very very evident. it is just like you change from a boring routine channel to a very interesting and your favorite channel; it will help you in move your life in a proper direction. If channelized properly and practices regularly, self healing can do wonders. And to do it you just need 5 minutes after you are done with your chores or back home after a tiresome day. So in order to do something incredible like this, you need to follow these following steps:


  • Sit comfortably in a place that makes you feel absolutely peaceful and try to concentrate on your breathing.

  • Take 60 seconds and rub your hands together and smile!

  • After rubbing your hands together, keep them 6-8 inches apart and feel the energy that you have produced pass through each hand. And keep that smile on your face.

  • Concentrate and feel the energy moving through your arms till your elbow. All to be observed with eyes closed and a smile on your face.

  • Feel the energy flowing through your elbows to your shoulder and to your brain. Visualize and smile as the energy is eliminating all the negativity from your body.

  • Do this for 5 minutes and feel the difference afterwards. The only thing you need to keep in mind is that to have a clear mind and a smile on your lips while you do it.
